Traveling with syringes and refrigeration

My prescription includes syringes, some of which require refrigeration. I travel a ton for work, and concerned with how I will be able to transport and keep refrigerated. Any ideas?

I would think it's not the syringes but what's inside them that needs to be refrigerated.
