Hi there ,

I am not on DHT cream anymore , I used it for 3 months but I had really bad side effects probably due to low estrogen  ( I had severe night sweats and cracking joints ). Even tough on my bloodwork my estrogen didn´t show low...

I don´t take anything else now beside testosterone. In the past I used DHT cream , HCG , ( both made me feel really bad ) and Proviron ( 2 x 25mg for 3 months in the 2nd year of my therapy )

I started with Hertoge clinic in brussels belgium run by the famous Thierry hertoghe but now I am with Balancemyhormones in the UK under supervison of George Touliatos , he is a real good doctor that knows what he is doing. Thierry hertoghe also is a really good doctor but in Belgium they always give a 10% testosterone gel and that did not help me that much , also here it´s extreme expensive and I think that hertoghe his method is not up to date anymore.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
