If your SHBG was at the lower end this last time then that could contribute to a lower value for total testosterone. My basic premise is that the dose of exogenous testosterone drives free testosterone in a linear manner. Total testosterone ends up where appropriate for the free T and SHBG.I was just assuming EOD for that 7 mg calculation. More exactly, the average testosterone you inject per day is 6 mg (20 mg T cyp * 3 / week / (7 days / week) * 0.7 mg T / 1 mg T cyp). This further reduces the apparent absorption efficiency.
