I wanted to provide an update in my supplements regimen. I cut everything out and focused on some basics and the results have been much better:3 g desicated beef liver on days I don't eat liver. This acts like a mutlivitamin200 mg Mag bisglyconate3 mg boron - maintenance dose870 mg stinging nettle for my "donut". My stream has improvedFruit, lots and lots of fruit for uptake of these supplementsI still have to get the sleep study done to see about OSA but last night I slept through the night. Thing seem to be on the mend.
