Thyroid bloodwork

I always was instructed to take the thyroid blood tests before the daily dose of armour thyroid. Was watching a video with Jay Campbell and Dr Arron Grossman who runs checked.com for trt and Dr Grossman said take thyroid meds then blood test within five hours after taking the daily dose. Thoughts? This checked.com they run they say is the latest n greatest trt/Healthy aging company out there but that seems like odd advice and not what my drs have always told me.

Makes sense to me to take it before bloods to see how the meds are affecting you, see if they're getting you to healthy levels.

I always take my thyroid meds after Labs just like my testosterone injections.
