You have to start somewhere. And getting clean will give you a clean slate to work with.

Are you on any other meds? Anti-depressants or any other “head meds”?

Who is prescribing you your TRT meds?

Do you have your pre-TRT blood work? If yes, what was your T, SHBG, and E2 levels?

If you had problems getting hard prior to starting TRT, then your issues are probably not linked to low T.

There are many men on here with T levels above 1000 that can not get hard.

Not sure why you are so against taking Cealis....especially if you are into working out.

It will give you better pumps and help make you stay swollen after working out longer.

 And....might help you get hard.

It is hard to help someone when they (think) they know everything, are not willing to try something new/different, or have their mind set on one thing.

You came here seeking help you say...well....listen to what folks are telling you.

If you are as bad off as you say you are, why would you not want to take advice from folks have been doing this longer then you have been alive?

It can get better if you are willing to change things.
