I’m also not a low carb fanatic. I have been thinking about trying to get from my current 14%bf to about 10% this summer. So I’ve been going over different plans to get to that goal and one in particular was to drop carbs to 100 grams per day. So I tried counting my current carb intake and was surprised that it is around 200 grams per day. I don’t eat bread or pasta often, but I do eat potatoes, sweet potatoes and rice.
