As described earlier, endothelial dysfunction in these TGM occurred independent of differences in lipids, BMI or blood pressure indicating a separate etiology. Understanding the mechanisms by which exogenous androgens mediate endothelial dysfunction in TGM may allow for early interventions to mitigate the potential long-term cardiovascular risk.</em></p></blockquote><p></p>
