Based on the hundreds of testimonials I’ve read on this forum, I am not alone in that respect. </p><p></p><p>I recently switched to Defy and am going to give the steady-state approach another shot with a different protocol. But call me a skeptic. I hope to have a more holistic HRT experience this time, but at least now I know that there is an alternative Natesto/Tbase pulsatile approach to fall back on if my second attempt fails.</p></blockquote><p></p>
