Gentlemen thank you. Without this forum I'd be playing around with trial & error and going down dead end roads, probably all the way to the whistle. There are some good men at the gym, but I think some are sticking with their old bodybuilding protocols, not the TRT approach. They're big, pumped, ripped and red skinned, it looks like they may have high blood pressure. I'm talking 55 and 60 years old. The goal (for us I think) is to get in awesome shape, but not at the expense of longevity. This adventure should be healthy and fun, I never thought serious bodybuilders looked like they were having fun. There are some guys at work who have embarked on TRT protocols, and theyve been frank about what theyre doing, but it's all based on their docs advice, and thats it. Cyp every 2 weeks, or the cream. They are the blue collar guys, who dont mind telling you what theyre up to. In the office there does not appear to be an interest in t levels, but if there was, you wouldnt get a straight answer anyway. Its an incredibly valuable resource to get advice from guys who have put their time in and done their research. Life saver, literally. I'll be back, always coming up with questions.
