Ok, so I am 26 years old and have been suffering with ED and low T for a while. Low libido, weak erections, low energy, etc. A urologist originally started me on clomiphene 50 mg EOD and a daily 5 mg cialis. For the first year or so, that really worked for me. My testosterone levels were jn the 1100 range and I could have sex any time of day and perform well. It is also important to note that my fiance at the time lived in another stafe so we only saw each other maybe one weekend a month. During those weekends, the sex was constant. That being said, I only took cialis when she was in town. A new urologist at the clinic said my T was fine and took me off the clomiphene because he thought it was odd that they used clomiphene to raise testosterone. It is also important to note that the clomiphene raised my prolactin levels to 55 which he said was high. Once the clomiphene was stopped, Im assuming they went down. Since then, I moved in with my fiance in august of this year. My libido/erectilons were terrible despite daily cialis so I got my t levels checked again and they were jn the 250 range. The urologist here gave me an mri which ruled out any pituitary gland issues. He prescribed me revatio (a generic for viagra to take in addition to daily cialis) and put me on 25 mg of clomiphene eod. The clomiphene got my t levels up to 950, but I still find myself having low libido and weak erections. I tried cycling off cialis for a while. Sometimes I would take 20 mg and go a few days without taking one (which would sometimes work and sometimes not). Othertime I would just tske revatio (which only seemed to work if I took 80-100 mg worth). I have tried taking herbal supplements (l arginine, horny goat week, ginseng, yohimbe, etc) in conjunction with ed meds and still nothing. Despite these ED remedies erections were still weak. The urologist recently put me on T injections (.5 cc of test cipionate (200 mg/ml) once a week and HCG 3 times a week to maintain fertility. I have not had my t levels checked since going on t injections. I am debating on not taking cialis anymore and just going back to 100 mg of viagra. That worked before, but I stopped due to lack of spontaneity. My lifestyle is healthy. I workout regularly, dont smoke, dont drink often, and eat well. Does anyone else have similar issues or suggestions on what to do to get stronger erections? I have even tried a priapus shot and 6 gains wave sessions with little to no results. I find myself getting erections at night, but they are weak and feel numb (I would know my penis is hard until I touched it or looked at it). Maybe I need an antiestrogen blocker?
