I'm in exactly the same boat, having taken Accutane for 2 years as a teenager and very high dose SSRI (Prozac) for 3 straight years!My 2 main issues are delayed ejaculation and low libido. I found that hCG helped both symptoms but testosterone enathate/cypionate made ithem worse after the initial honeymoon period.
