Weeks of my usual high libido then a week of low libido And about 9 months later I experienced Ed out of the blue so I went to my urologist and he put me on 25mg of clomid because my testosterone was in the 200 range and about 2-4 weeks later I felt like my self again no ed and no libido issue but suddenly it stopped working after only 2-3 weeks so I called my urologist and he said try taking a whole pill so I did and my libido and erections came back then it eventually stopped again 2-4 weeks later. So I got my testosterone checked again and it was at 550 so he told me to keep taking the clomid so 6 months later I did a follow up and testosterone was at 599 but I was still having erection issues mainly losing erections during sex. So fast forward to this year I started with defy and did blood work and everything looked good except for my growth hormone levels were at 92 and I was told it should be in the 200 range and my estrogen was at 56. They said everything should come back to normal once I get my estrogen down so I was Prescribed Anastrozole so I took 0125 mg everyday for 3 months but erections were the same so I didnt think it was working. Along with erection issues I feel really stiff even though I go to the gym 3-4 days a week my legs dont feel as strong as they were, I feel depressed, anxiety, I'm having a hard time losing weight but gaining weight seems easy, brain fog sometimes I forget what I'm saying in a conversation, I tried lifting weights but didnt really seem like I was gaining muscle, etc.

So I had my labs done again with defy and they checked everything but added t3 and t4. My testosterone is now at 717 on a 264-916 scale, free Testosterone was a 30.0 on a 8.7-25.1 scale and my estrogen is at 23.9 on a 8.0-35.0 scale . IGF-1 is at 85 (went down). T3 was at 3.0 on a 2.0-4.4 scale. T4 was a .90 on a .82-1.77 scale. TSH was 2.320 on a .450 - .4500 scale. He said my t4 was low which could cause some my symptoms also.

I was told to discontinue using clomid and anastrozole try growth hormone medication and a medication to help with my thyroid. So I asked what is my testosterone going to do and he said it will go down but I can try taking testosterone shots to see if I feel better in 2-3 months. But my issue is if my testosterone is 717 now and estrodiol is at a good point what good would a shot do for me. I heard the shot is a forever thing so I'm reallly trying to avoid it. I asked if the low igf-1 could be causing my erection issues and was told probably not. I feel like if I stop taking the med I'd be giving up on myself. What would you do next? Any advice will be highly appreciated.

I must note that I once stopped taking clomid in 2017 but I'm not sure how long I was off of it maybe a month or 2 but my testosterone dropped to 350 range and my estrodiol was at 53 and LH was 9.4. So I started back on clomid and my testosterone raised to 550 range and it stayed there until I started with defy 4 months ago but I didnt check estrodiol because my urologist would not check it.

So far I've been off clomid for 8 days and I feel pretty much the same except for frequent urination that started on the 7th day.
