it may [probably] of been 250 IU and i wrote things down wrong. I was looking into defy as well.On the sensitivity thing, i don't say so they do, I am skeptical of that as well. Not much harm in trying Hcg as many use it..This clinic are doing follow up labs in 4 weeks to see how i respond to new dose. and i still can go to my primary for most labs on my own as well...May try 150mg a week and see how things go and not immediatley double my dose from 100mg to 200mg
