Testosterone Gel Availability

New Member
My insurance provider, United Health Care/Optum Rx Home Delivery, continues to advise, since September 2024, they have no inventory of testosterone gel 1% 50mg packs. I've been prescribed TRT for 18 years and have never experienced this before. Is there some kind of widespread shortage or is the insurance company just playing me?
