It's a balancing act: Can you apply the cream often enough to get benefits without causing HPTA suppression? And enclomiphene can be unpredictable, in some cases appearing to cause poor subjective results even when it's preserving HPTA function. I think it would be an interesting experiment, but Natesto or generic TNG would seem to be a better choice unless you really need that DHT boost from the cream.
