If your Total T is 250 ng/DL, then also looking at your lab results, you definitely would benefit from some form of T therapyIt would have be nice to see LH and FSH just to be sure you're not a candidate for a re-start, but...........Probably twice a week injections would be a good place to start.Your E2 isn't bad at all so I would assume there'd be no need to start with an AI.I would assume you'd be started with something like 50-60mg of T every 3.5 days along with at least 350 IU's of hCG every 3.5 days, no AI.Re-test all labs again at the 6 week mark.
