Testicle pain

Hey guys.....just woke up this am and right testicle is hurting. Not horrible but sore....feels like I took a hit but I didnt. Did ride my bike a lot on Sunday and seat bother me some.....I've heard of it causing issues....though I seemed fine Sunday nite and all day Monday

Wondering if anyone has opinion on what it could be. Should I run to doctors right away? It does feel a little better since am but still is there

Don't panic.
If it's something, it won't go away and will come back fast.
This is many times from tested decreasing or less frequently increasing in size.
On trt ? How long? Using Hcg?

Been on same dosage T-Cyp and HCG sub-q for 4 years now.

Then I would give it a few days.
There is a test that can be run to see if you have an infection there and then given antibiotics.
Of course there's an ultrasound too. But it just started so I wouldn't panic.
