T Dose is the same then why does hematicrit keep slowly rising?

Not everyone gets symptoms from high HCT, you need labs. You can also take aspirin to make plateletes slippery.

That's the plan right now since I can't give blood at this point. I am ordering a CBC and will be well hydrated for the test. Wont be able to do this until Wednesday at the earliest since I have to get discountlabs script which I am ordering today. Hopefully the test will come back quickly since it wont have any hormone panels.

You don't need to stop TRT till you get to 55. You just need to be hydrated as you are normally and not dehydrated. You need to know what your levels are with your normal fluid intake. It will show in your BUN level if your overhydrated and it will be lower. This is ok if you just need to donate and your levels are too high to donate as they don't check BUN level. A good TRT doctor will know your overhydrating to get your HCT down by looking at BUN level. An Endo would probably never make the connection.;)

Well the past several blood tests I have fasted for 10 to 12 hours and this included no water intake.

"Just" donating is not going to be easy. MY TRT doc does not have privileges at a hospital and it appears that in order to write a therapeutic phlebotomy script he needs to be. I don't have a PCP at this time either. I am hoping that the grapefruit makes enough of a difference over the next week weeks.

I think this may have something to do with the state I am in. But I (as well as he) could be wrong.

On another note, today my headaches have subsided but I have been drinking water like crazy.

When fasting for labs, I was always told to drink a lot of water. You never want to get dehydrated plus when drinking water it makes it easier to draw blood.
Fasting before a blood draw means you don't ear of drink anything except water.

Next test I will be drinking water before I leave for the test.

I got the script for the TP. But now I feel OK. I wonder if I just wasnt still sick last week. My headaches have stopped at least. I will still get another test done soon before I have them take blood because maybe it's not as high as I thought it was.
