Sub Q Question

Hi Guys,

I was just curious if it is ok to give my sub q test cypionate and HCG shots in my stomach area while sitting down or should you just do them standing up? Also are there any other sites you use to inject sub q? For example, my legs have no fat on them.

Also, how do you guys prevent any oil from coming back out after you have injected it? Do you use the z-track method?

Thanks for the help.

Im more comfortable standing for the belly, and sitting for quad injections...that's all it is...comfort, for you. If you're using a 1/2" minimum there should be no worries about leakage or need for Z track methods. It's never been an issue for me. It'll take a bit to get comfortable and know what you like and what works best. There's very little "wrong" way to do this.

Is injecting T sub-q any different then injecting HCG sub-q? I find injecting HCG very easy...Just inject right into stomach fat.
