Yes, it seems like your doctor did not explain any of this to you. Test cyp shots should be weekly at a minimum, with halving the dose and taking it twice week a better method because it keeps you at a more stable level and reduces conversion to E2. Unless you are in Europe and are getting the Nebido shot, which is good for 6-10 weeks, depending upon the person, between shots.If you are on Test cyp, and have only had one shot so far (within a week of today) it is too early for you to really feel any changes for the better.
