Is there any way of telling if an ED problem is being caused by Stenosis of the spine or ones therapy not hitting the marque...
Had lower back injuries in the past...but my back seems good at the mo other than the odd twinge every now and then.
I am squatting once a week...but I don't know if damaging myself by squatting.
I know this old game can be complex but are there are any signs to look out for to ensure i'm not doing long term irreversible damage.....that would be a right downer.
Things have deteriorated in the bedroom department since I had my crash in May....changed things around back to my old protocol and steadily got back to feeling myself again.
The only thing I have tweaked is DHEA which I dropped after my crash and then built up from 6.5mg then 12mg and then25mg which I ran for 2 weeks before a complete non start in the bedroom dept the other day.
Leading on from this let down I have quickly tapered the DHEA back to 6.5mg a day to see if this improves things.
