How often are you injecting testosterone? The lower total may simply be a result of you getting your blood drawn during your trough rather than your peak. If both tests were done at the exact same time relative to your injection, then I'm honestly not sure how you could end up with a lower total. Also, how long have you been on trt, and how long have you been taking the third AI pill?
