I might do Ipamorelin monotherapy when I start back or CJC 1295/Ipamorelin blend, 400mcg which is a better combo for a lower price ( 5 days on, 2 days off) from a local clinic. I started with this combo and dosage, 5 days on, 2 days off back in April last year for two months before moving to Defy and my IGF-1 went from 100 to 190 in 6 weeks so it is effective with no BG impact. I did felt best with that combo too.
I got my call with my Defy doc today. We discussed peptides. One thing that caught my attention was his remarks that these peptides might increase glucose. That I did not know. I was wondering on why my fasting blood glucose has gone up to the mid 90s despite my very strict low carb diet and BG in the low 80s before starting peptides. It is worth monitoring. He suggested to cycle off peptides for 4 weeks. I will do so an monitor my BG. We however discussed dosage for Ipamoraein/Sermorelin and he suggested 400 mcg of each combined in the same syringe when I decide to start. This will be $305 per month according to my calculations for 30 days. I am not sure it is worth it.
