Got blood work back just now. Really makes no sense to me. This is now after 2 months daily clomid 12.5 day and DIM and Calcium D. Glucarate Blood from Friday May 6 2015 Blood from March 28 2015 (about 2 months into clomid) (1 month into clomid) Total Test. 386 (range 249-836) Total Test: 324 range: 160-853 (most recent test on 1/19/16 was 547) E2 20.6 (range 10-40) E2 (sensitive) : 14 range <40 (most recent test was 19.18 range 7.02-49) Free T 88.31 (range 30-150) Free Test: 6.6 range 3.4-15.5 (most recent test was 108, but no range given) LH 4.3 (range 1.7-8.6) LH: 6.5 range 1.5-9.3 (my LH before TRT in May 2015 was 2.2 range 1.7-8.6) FSH 5.5 (range 1.5-12.4) FSH: 8.1 range 1.4-18.1 (my FSH before TRT in May 2015 was 2.6 range 1.5-12.4) SHBG 24 (range 10-57) SHBG: 29.8 range 10-57 (most recent test was 19 on same range from 1/19/16) So it's clearly not an estrogen issue. Test only up a bit from a month ago. SHBG down, which normally doesn't happen with Clomid, I;ve read. It's very curious that my LH and FSH went down from a month ago. I was shut down before starting the Clomid, si I thought it was a good sign that the LH and FH had come up. Not sure what it means that they went down over the last month. Could this mean I need a higher dose of Clomid? Or what? I am forwarding the results to Defy to see if they have any suggestions.
