Received results of semen analysis..

So I took a semen analysis last week and got the results today. I was told that I have azoospermia which means I produce no sperm at all. Now I have one child from 15 years ago, so I was surprised to get this result. My doctor told me basically that I would have to use donor sperm and surgery would have a high fail rate.


What are my options? I do drink sometimes and smoke, but I would be surprised if that caused 0 sperm.

No not yet I was about to get on TRT after having some success from raising my T on Clomid but stopping due to also having to deal with higher e2.

How old are you? Is there any history of testicular injury? Mumps? Drug use?
