I just started, and the pharmacy gave me 1 mL "single-use" bottles for each of my 0.4 mL weekly doses.

The bottles have a rubber stopper, just like on the 10 mL multiuse bottles. I clean that with alcohol each time, and the only thing going through it is a sterilized needle tip.

Personally, I consider it a windfall, getting 2 1/2 times the medicine for the same copay. I will definitely be reusing the vials and getting as much out of each one as I can.
