My HCT was 54 last time I had blood work. Have you ever taken your blood pressure at home? I have the problem when I go get my blood pressure taken by someone else (I don't like being touched all that much.) My last Dr Appointment my BP was 180/80 or some nonsense. When I went home it was 125/70. Every time I go to a Dr my blood pressure is high. I don't feel particularly anxious or anything. I try to take my blood pressure at home and take a picture of the machine before I go to the Dr office and let them know it's just white coat syndrome. Just throwing this out there in case you haven't considered it. Good luck!
