It sounds like they didn't even run the necessary labs, is all they run was TT? Your problem is most GP's don't know squat about hormones, that's what an endocrinologist does for a living and even most of them get it wrong. If your GP knows what he's doing and run the correct tests he will most likely refer you to an endo for further testing and that's not going to happen if he doesn't understand what male hormones should be.
