To all those thinking about taking "Seroquel / Quetiapine", at a low dose for sleep  please be aware of the following! It took me close to 1 year to liquid taper from this medication around six years ago "The W/D Was Hell". Not as bad as Benzo W/D, however nonetheless not something I would want to relive / revisit if I had the choice! Also if you somehow forgot to take it or (IE) vacation your going to have a difficult time sleeping..and oh yah the "W/D", that usually comes along with it! I took a dose even small then 0.25 mg for a around two weeks and ended up in the hospital "Thought I Was Dying"
