Because you are injecting exogenous testosterone you have shut down your HPTA and therefore you will not be producing LH or FSH. I'm surprised they are even as high as you show. Your SHBG is mid range as is your E2 (not sure if this is Estradiol Sensitive) is mid range based on the ranges you present. To raise the Free T you are going to have to increase the T a little bit. When it raises you E2 will increase some as well but you seem to have room for that depending on how you feel. You might try increasing your T dose to 60 mg twice a week and see what that does for you.
