Thread update: I recently purchased 10 vials of PT-141 from Peptide Sciences and experienced a dramatic difference from the compounding pharmacy product.  First the efficacy response was dramatic and prolonged - over 12 hours.  Second I experienced none of the flu like side effects of the compounded product just a slightest tinge of the nausea shortly post injection but nothing close to what I felt before and none of the body aches and fatigue.  I have used three or four doses - never more than once or twice a week - so as not to overwhelm the melanocortin system.  Finally the vials are small so less likely to have product lose efficacy from being constituted for too long.
