I have used both PT 141, Branded Vyleesi (same thing but auto injector and 1.5mg dose) and tadalafil, and Tri Mix. I have significant ED post prostate cancer treatment. This is really a case of know thyself. If you get a good response to a great response from any of the above, when combining, start with low doses to see how they work for you and increase dose a little at at time. In my case, Vyleesi or PT 141 does indeed juice up libido, and cause spontaneous erections but they typically don't start for 4-5 hours AFTER the injection. They do last until the following day, but while the spontaneous erections don't last, the libido does, and the ability to get an erection persists. It does seem to improve the ability of tadalafil to help me, which makes sense as tadalafil is dependent on libido to work, and PT 141 increases libdio. But if you have severe ED, you are unlikely to get a priapism, but again, start with lower does and go up gradually. I don't seem to get much boost from Tri Mix for at least the first 6 hours post PT 141. but one thing no one has mentioned. The side effects of PT 141 or Vylessi, are significant, and unpredictable. I would ask your doc for some ondansetron or generic zoforan for nausea. It can happen after taking it several times with no issue, and it can be severe. Even at lower doses. I mean grabbing the toilet like one of your worst drunken times ever nausea. It can also raise BP temporarily, but it's only an issue for those with high BP issues or cardiovascular issues in the first place. If you have these problems please talk with your docs about taking these drugs. I have found Allegra works great for the sinus congestion, a little ibuprofen for the body aches or headaches, and zofran for the nausea. without the meds to take care of the side effects, it would just not be worth it for me.
