With no supporting evidence other than my own opinion...I can't see how they would interact in any meaninful way, they both operate in 2 completely different ways. I can see an increase in the possibility of Priapism only in that the PT-141 boost of Libido may increase the chances of an erection lasting too long.ie. PT-141 makes your brain more excited and Tri-Mix just makes your dick hard... But I'd probably err on the side of caution and cut your usual dose of each in half when you're combining them until you find your sweet spot...Just my humble thoughts
