Titrate up my no more than 2 units (Trimix) each time until you get a good result. Wait at least 2 days between injections too. For me, 5 to 8 units of Trimix does the trick every time. For others, it may take more (or less). Everyone is different.What I can tell you? Do NOT mix both Trimix and PT-141 -or- a PDE5 inhibitor together. You're begging for a trip to the ER to deal with priapism if you do that! #Embarrassing
