You didn't mention your age.My urologist has said sex will not significantly raise PSA (0.1 or 0.2). But anal sex can raise it a lot.If PSA goes up again you should consider stopping test. Had a biopsy and turned out to be prostatitis. I was also 33 years old. A high PSA at a young age is usually an indication of prostatitis.A heavy course of antibiotics brought it down to 0.9. It has remained .9 ever since. Low dose antibiotics often won't rid prostatitis.
