You didn't mention your age.



My urologist has said sex will not significantly raise PSA (0.1 or 0.2). But anal sex can raise it a lot.



If PSA goes up again you should consider stopping test. And I wouldn't hide details from the doctor.



On a side note, I've had big jumps in my PSA. 10 years ago my PSA went from 1.2 to 1.5, then 1.5 to 1.7, then 1.7 to 5.1. Had a biopsy and turned out to be prostatitis. I was also 33 years old. A high PSA at a young age is usually an indication of prostatitis.



A heavy course of antibiotics brought it down to 0.9. It has remained .9 ever since. Low dose antibiotics often won't rid prostatitis.
