I’ve also tried oral progesterone.

I notice a profound sense of calmness from topical.

Injection I don’t feel this calmness until I start dosing over 1mg. Then I’m in zone. More energy with injection route.

Oral I notice somewhere in between.

I believe all 3 give me side effect of lower sexual function. I also have naturally high progesterone and low e2.
