My main problem from supplements was very agitated sleep. But my baseline blood pressure kept moving up, and spikes up got serious, like 190/110. I felt like I had to pee more, and had a craving for things with calcium, like milk. **1) AREDS 2 **2) Boron (calcium borogluconate) 6 mg **3) Koncentrated K Vitamin K1 (Phylloquinone 5mg) Vitamins MK4 (Menaquinone 4, 25 mg) and MK7 (Menaquinone 7, 0.5 mg) Astaxanthin (2 mg) **4) Magtein magnesium l-threonate 1 tabs 11% DV 5) Vitamin B-12 1000 MCG, 16,666 %DV 6) 2x CO Q-10 100 mg NewRhythm Probiotics **7) Vitamin D3 10,000 IU every other day 8) Super Bio-Curcumin®NIH Curcumin 9) DHEA 25 mg 10) Pregnenolone 50 mg While taking these supplements, my sleep was extremely agitated besides my blood pressure moving up. Now I am sleeping much better, still get up but not to hard to fall back to sleep. The ** I restarted a few days ago, so we shall see. The pregnenolone I had been using 25mg, but started to use 50 mgs 6 months or so ago. In June of 2020, I tested pregnenolone blood levels, it was 37 ng/dl (170-200). I have no doubt that combination of supplements was causing serious problems, but not at all certain which one/s. Some hormones, like dhea, it doesn't take a lot to push up my levels, while others like estrogen is never high as I have a modest conversion factor, the only thing that really affected estrogen was clomid. I feel like my short term memory isn't as good but that is a bit subjective. My main suspect to cause me troubles was the pregnonlone.
