So I had to go off on my own, out to the woodshed with a pile of books for months, and spend literally hundreds of hours on Boards like this one. You see, it's really you guys who trained me. </strong>That is why I am so very thankful and happy to try to give as much back as possible. Because, in return for my willingness to step outside the conventional medical community, I have been rewarded with the best medical practice on earth.
