How long ago?If you are not getting high E2 signs I would not take the AI just because. When I get high E2 symptoms it is so obvious it a no brainer I need to take 1 and just 1 AI to see if that fixes it. I will usually wait 3-4 days before taking another and only if I still have the symptoms.
