I would say no.  The implant wraps around about 260°. It’s silicone with some type of fiber mesh inside for durability.  I would say it’s possible.   But I doubt any doctor or surgeon would advise.  It does provide a bit of extra rigidity that makes penetration possible if close to flaccid.  So you can start soft, and when enough stimulation happens, it goes fully erect fast.  I do that all the time to eliminate any refractory period rests. It lets me have multiple orgasms, without any pauses.
