1) Can I stay at this dosage of Tcyp safely or is it too high. ( If too high, what dosage would u suggest? If your hematocrit is kept under 52 , your blood pressure under 140/85 and your HDL over 40, you can be one of those men that can stay at higher levels. (2) Sensitive Estradiol is high (65 pg/mL). Should I start Anastrazole .25 mg. 2x weekly (24 hr. after each shot)? I will retest in 1 month. May be 0.5 mg per week max of anastrozole and retest 4 weeks later. (3) DHEA-S is low normal 67.9 (48.9-344.2 ug/dL). Should I start 25 mg. Douglas Labs micronized sub-lingual DHEA 2x a day or just .25 mg once a day and retest in 1 month? 25-50 mg per day orally will probably be OK. Watch for more DHT and estradiol. (4) IGF-1 is 258 ng/ml. I have read that it's best to keep IGF-1 in the high 200's or low 300's (But not over 350). Would you suggest that I increase Pharm Norditropin from 9 IU weekly to 10-11 IU weekly and retest in 1 month. On 1st test I did 1 IU HGH 1 hr. before test and IGF-1 was 258. I did not do HGH before 2nd test (IGF-1 was 247). If your blood sugar does not go up and you do not have body aches, you may get away with long term GH use (2 IU is more common). What is your IGF-1 without GH? (5) SHBG is 38.5 (19.3-76.4 nmol/L) What do you think about SHBG levels? I don't care as long as free T is at or over 2 percent or total. (6) Vit D was 40 (30-100) Currently take 1000 IU twice daily but did not take before test. 4000 Iu once per day is more common to attain levels in the upper quartile.
