It looks like ADC is now shipping to the West coast of the states from a distribution center in Singapore, and they may be using the Singapore hub to ship replacement orders that come up missing that were originally routed through New York or Chicago.

For USPS tracking numbers that start with the prefix *ED* those are coming out of India and tracking with the prefix *LT* is going to be shipped from Singapore.

Looks like this is a new method of shipping for them, have found some credible info from people that have received ADC orders in the states sent from Singapore starting in October of 2018.

Meds are all the same, seems they are just warehousing them now at an additional location in Singapore so no worries at this point if your getting shipping confirmations outside of India.
