Numbness after subq injection?

Hello, Im on TRT since 2021. TRT subq enanthate. I am injecting to my belly fat. Today I experienced something worrying - right after I injected enanthate I felt immidiate numbness in my right leg from foot to pelvis and little dizzines. It all passed after a minute but... anyone experienced something like this? Maybe I was injecting too fast? Touched nerve while pulling out? That was really worrying.

I addition - last week I was in a lab for a blood check up and everything was perfect with the levels

I'd assume such nerves are much too deep to be accessible via subcutaneous injection. However, you should see a doctor ASAP to rule out something potentially serious, such as a transient ischemic attack. Your symptoms are consistent with this.

Transient ischemic attacks usually last a few minutes. Most signs and symptoms disappear within an hour, though rarely symptoms may last up to 24 hours. The signs and symptoms of a TIA resemble those found early in a stroke and may include sudden onset of:
  • Weakness, numbness or paralysis in the face, arm or leg, typically on one side of the body
...
----------------
Patients who suffer a transient ischemic attack (TIA) have a high short-term risk of developing ischemic stroke, notably within the first 48 h. Timely diagnosis and urgent preventive treatment substantially reduce this risk.

The first (and only) time I injected into my shoulder, I hit the vagus nerve and almost passed out. I now routinely inject subq into tummy fat. I've never had that reaction but I've got plenty of tummy fat to cushion the poke. I think you probably pinched something in just the right spot. Stranger things have happened.

Thank you for your answers. @Cataceous right after ur message I called 911 to ask what to do with it and they immidiately sent me an ambulance. Turned out its nothing but they said if anything happen close to TIA/stroke They react immidiately. Thanks for you help
