Probably like most of you, I have not been to the local gym in 2 months. How have you adapted? what are you doing? and most importantly, did you go to shit or are you surprised at yourself 2 months down the line? My only form of exercise has been push-ups, pull-ups and some various light dumbbell exercises with weights of the 25 pounds. I just alternate days doing upper and lower body. Try to exercise 5-6 days a week in the mornings for like 1 hour. Workouts are not exactly super intense but I get a good pump. Not really going close to failure, just lot of reps. Ex: 5 sets of pushups and pull-up supersets will work ya even if you have to do 20-30 push ups at a clip and 10 pull ups each round. Anyway, I have been surprised that I really don’t think about the gym that much anymore. I’ve realized it’s gonna be a while and just adapted and do what I can. More surprising, maybe not, I haven’t really lost that much in terms of mass and muscularity. I’ve prob gained a couple lbs at most due to eating more crap but I am still in good shape. I keep telling myself , all those years in the gym, was I doing too much? lol curious what you have noticed. Of course being in TRT helps.
