Many of have never needed an AI. Frequent, smaller injections of testosterone are a staple of such protocols.

I would try 50mg every 3.5 days. What was your pre-TRT SHBG value, and your pre-TRT estradiol level via the sensitive test?

Long story short I don't have exact values, however, I do remember that both t levels were at 280 and 260 for both initial draws. (This was from my GP) my endo did more blood and no results yet. Due to breaking up the dosage 50/50, i think it would be more accurate for me to get a smaller syringe (using an IM needle). The 3ml seems harder to pull smaller doses like that.

So an example of that would be inject 50 on Monday morning, then again on Friday morning?

Sure, but they are a major pain (literally) in comparison.

Do you feel you may be dealing with estradiol-related side effects? Moving ahead, it is important that you keep up with your lab values as almost all of us have learned that you ave to be your own advocate in matters pertaining to TRT. Let us know how things unfold.

Most of us inject with 27 gauge or an insulin needle. In my case, since inject 16mg of testosterone every morning, a smaller needle helps a great deal.

I'm injecting 90 mg of T and 500 iu of HCG every 3 1/2 days also taking 25 mg of dhea every morning and no AI

I am not taking an AI and am not aware of having high estradiol symptoms.

I take 90 mg E4D (equivalent to 158 mg/week) shallow IM in thigh using 29 g 1/2 inch needle. Weight 145, age 73.

TT about 1200 ng/dL just before injection. That's high, but I like it. I call it "enhanced TRT."
