I believe they are better than a drive through and the reviews I found are pretty good. They did spend 2.5 hrs with me on my first visit. I just now wish they had done a more thorough baseline. I will reach out to Defy and discuss what a "transfer" might entail - there seems to be a lot of positive feedback about them.
