Not sure where to begin. Been into weight lifting since 32 after divorce as well as testosterone, deca and tren. I am now 46 been married 8 yrs. Still using but noticed gains slowly. Weight dropping as well as strength. Assuming it was age. In February we decided to attempt a child. Went to a fertility specialist. Several days later we get the call to come to the Dr office. My wife of 8 yrs was negative and still negative. I tested positive for hiv. We did a retest and was confirmed. At the time cd4 was unknown but vl was 96,500. Two weeks later id Dr did blood work. Cd4 was 292 and vl 175,000. ID Dr said I have probably been positive for 10 yrs and didn't know it. I once took a test I bought off line 5 years ago. And it showed positive on both test. I dismissed it as a fake because it was not fda approved. It's unknown how my wife is negative when I was positive that long. But my question is. Been on Genvoya and in 42 days was undetectable. Still running my hrt and will do blast in cruise again But I still have no appetite and loosing weight. 185. From 230 last year. What can I do to get started back. Gaining strength and size..??? We live in a small closed minded community so no one but my wife and I know my status. . Have had several ask if I was ok. Health because I have lost so much. Was thinking about adding tren E back in for my next blast but don't want to change my undetectable levels. Can that happen??
