Hey man, so would you be able to post your current protocol of everything you’re taking each day, like supplements wise? I’m curious about what you’re doing in regards to iron supplementation. My ferritin is low, and I’m wondering if I should try building it up a bit. Thanks.


Oh, I also am trying to get my thyroid optimized atm, I had labs drawn yesterday. Would you mind including what your NDT protocol is?
