New member here. Been on hrt for 5 years with a clinic. Recently decided to take a more active role in my treatment. Finding this site was a great start. I am now a patient of Dr. Michael Rotman.

Welcome. Your story sounds similar to mine. Once here I got info and found out I was really not in good shape. The trial and error and moving to Defy medical, I am getting much more dialed in. Look forward to your posts

Thanks. Just started this week so no results yet. Protocol is 250iu HCG 2x per week and 120mg test c 1x per week.
